San Antonio Realtor Kathy Ripps has dedicated much of her life to giving compassionate, dedicated care to her clients. With a background as a professional counselor and years of experience in real estate investing and property management, Kathy made a natural transition to real estate agent and luxury home specialist offering dedication and understanding to every transaction.
With a Master's in both Education and Counseling Psychology, Kathy spent thirty-one years working in the San Antonio school system first as a special education teacher and then as a counselor for middle and high school students. This extensive background has given her a strong ability to understand and relate to the needs of others, allowing her to truly recognize the significant impact buying or selling a home can have on a person's life.
Her people skills are coupled with a keen business and marketing sense which she built on through many years of helping her husband with his personal investment business. Kathy enjoys now helping others to navigate through the process with ease.
Kathy dedicates herself to personal growth in both life and business and takes pride in being a part of all aspects of San Antonio's diverse community. She is a member of the Alamo Heights Chamber and Women's Leadership Council; she also actively supports organizations and charities to include: SA2020, Impact SA, Breast Cancer Awareness, her church, and Los Amigos Ski Club. A strong supporter of the arts, Kathy and her husband are founding members of the San Antonio Opera, as well as members at the San Antonio Museum of Art and Witte Art Museums and season ticket holders for the Majestic Theater.
San Antonio growth and development inspires Kathy and she hopes, as your Realtor, she can help you find that same inspiration. She conducts all business with integrity, honesty, and transparency.
Kathy feels that working with past and current soldiers is such an honor and one of the highlights of her career. She has worked with the Military for quite some time and has extensive family that has served! She previously served as a Counselor at Ft Sam Houston for 5 years. Her mother's seven brothers all served in WWII and covered all branches, as well having a father-in-law that is retired Air Force. She looks forward to serving you and being your advocate in your home-buying experience!

Natural transition from being a counselor. I truly love meeting and knowing people. It's my favorite part.
My clients are knowledgeable and bring a new breath of light on all kinds of topics. I am the sponge and they are the water. I gain so much from everyone of them.
Every morning when I walk my dog, Tipper. I love being surrounded by nature and having time to thank God for all that I have.
South Africa, Italy, London, Egypt, Scotland/Ireland, Belize, Cancun, St Martin, Montserrat, Puerto La Vallarta, & Costa Rica.
A morning that begins with a walk outside. Time to reflect and pray. Then just being w my clients and at the end of the day cooking a nice meal and enjoying with my husband.
Heavens...From hearing the birds singing in the morning, to traveling, to just spending time with people. I enjoy it all!
I must grow in knowledge of Real Estate, community, and developing my intuitive skills to work with my clients.
When I was little I always wanted to be Samantha on Bewitched. I could twitch my nose, make the home perfect, be at work and be successful, and still would have had time to pop to Paris for a lunch, while being back again to serve dinner.
A title company should be a neutral third party that assists in helping all of the pieces come together no matter where you are in the world. They handle receipting of the contract, sending a copy of the contract to all parties involved, making sure your title is clear, assuring the home warranties have been ordered & so much more! A good partner in helping this to flow smoothly is Tim Hero at RB Title.
It's another feather in your cap among many. You already have won so many souls during your life and my family being one of the many you have touched with your selflessness, love and kindness. It's been an honor to have known someone like you. Take care and keep marching on.
